How do I book instruments for hire?

Can you handle full event production?
Absolutely. Kingdom Tone offers end-to-end event planning — sound engineering, stage design, decor, artist coordination, and on-site management. We handle everything from concept to execution.
Do you represent artists for bookings?
Yes — we manage and book a roster of gospel artists, worship leaders, and ensembles. Contact us to check availability and discuss fees for your event or conference.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Johannesburg but serve clients across all of South Africa. Travel and logistics arrangements can be made for events anywhere in the country and internationally.
How far in advance should I book?
For large events we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For equipment hire, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment structures for qualifying projects. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or on the event date. Contact us for details.
